For awhile now, EJ has been using his LinkedIn page to revive awareness of the Model Rules of Professional Responsibility. Reflecting on these rules throughout a legal career — long after the crash course and Exam in law school — can lend deeper appreciation to what members of the legal profession are called to do, on behalf of clients and in a civil society.
